Bhopal: Politics has heated up ahead of Madhya Pradesh assembly elections -2023. A lot of allegations and counter-allegations are being made. Politics has started over Ladli Bahna Scheme which was launched on June 10 in the election year.
Accusing Congress, CM Shivraj said, “I was already apprehensive that Congress would oppose the money being given to sisters, but I will give the money.”
CM Shivraj said that there is a huge difference between the words and actions od Congress.
Actually, since the last few days a video of CM Shivraj has been going viral on social media. In this he is heard saying that “Mama will deposit the money in sisters' accounts secretly.”
While tweeting this video, Congress has made many allegations against BJP and CM Shivraj.
After this CM Shivraj replied that "I had a suspicion about the Congressmen that they would try to stop the Ladli Bahna scheme, their tweet has also proved it. I assure you that yes I will put the money. It is an ongoing scheme. No ongoing scheme can be stopped.
Money will be credited in accounts of sisters: Shivraj
Taking on Congress, CM Shivraj said, “Ladli Bahan Yojana is the fate, happiness and life of 1 crore 32 lakh sisters. Money will be credited in their accounts, why is Congress opposing? It is true that no programs can be organized at this time but if money is deposited in the account of sisters, then what is the problem? Congress has not done anything for sisters, it has denied them of their entitlements.
It is clear from the words of CM Shivraj that money will come into the accounts of the sisters.
Cong never gave respect to tribal leaders
CM Shivraj further said, “This was the same Congress which never gave respect to tribal leaders. Be it Tantya Mama, Bheema Nayak, Raghunath Shah, Shankar Shah, Rani Durgavati or Birsa Bhagwan. They never respected anyone. We are building memorials for them. Congress has built memorials only for leaders of only one family.
Shivraj said it is Congress which stopped the money of poor tribal sisters who belong to the most backward tribes. BJP used to deposit Rs 1000 in the accounts of Baiga, Bharia and Sahariya. In 2017, Congress committed the sin of withholding the funds of Baiga, Bharia and Sahariya sisters.
CM paying lip service to sisters: Shobha Ojha
On one hand, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan is trying to corner Congress by issuing some statement every day regarding Laadli Bahna Yojana, now Congress has also hit back at CM Shivraj regarding this matter. Congress leader Shobha Ojha, in a press conference, accused the Shivraj government of doing nothing except paying lip service to the sisters.
'It is votes in exchange for notes'
Shobha Ojha alleged that Shivraj did not launch Ladli Bahna Yojana for the sake of sisters, rather they want to get votes in exchange for notes and hence they are repeatedly trying to garner votes with the help of Ladli Bahna.
'Education mafia flourished'
Shobha Ojha said that these 18 years of Shivraj government in Madhya Pradesh have been of corruption, scams and death of young dreams. Mafia has flourished under the protection of the government. Education mafia flourished under their protection for a long time, due to which Vyapam scam, nursing scam, Patwari recruitment examination scam, teacher recruitment, police recruitment examination scams happened. Employment office figures for 2022 show that 49 lakh youth registered for employment.
'No job has been given by MPPSC in last 5 year'
Shobha Ojha said that no job has been given by MP PSC in the last 5 years. In a city like Indore, 4 lakh students come from small towns to study and prepare, but the children have been studying there for the last five years but the Madhya Pradesh government is not able to provide jobs. Nothing has come in the name of investment in Madhya Pradesh in the last 15 years.
