Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav's bulldozer action continues; JCB used to raze house in this dist


Narmadapuram: The new government led by Mohan Yadav in Madhya Pradesh has launched bulldozer actions soon after assuming office. The residence of the accused who attacked a BJP worker were razed with a bulldozer. Following this, meat and chicken shops in Ujjain were razed, and now a similar fate befell the house of a sand mafia member. In Narmadapuram, the district administration employed bulldozers against individuals involved in assaulting and obstructing government work.


Two days ago, in Panjrakalan village of Narmadapuram district, those engaged in illegal sand transportation attacked Naib Tehsildar Kirti Pradan and Mining Inspector Pinky Chauhan with stones. The administration's contracted tractor driver was injured in the altercation. 


Illegal section of the accused's house razed with JCB


In response, the administrative team executed a bulldozer operation at the accused sand mafia's house on Saturday. Under the directives of Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh, the Revenue and Police Department staff used a JCB to demolish the illegal section of the house belonging to the accused Sonu Nimoda and Mayank Nimoda in Mehraghat village.


All these actions were executed under the guidance of SDM Ashish Pandey. Present during the operation were Itarsi SDOP Mahendra Singh Chauhan, Tehsildar Shakti Singh Tomar, and a substantial presence from the revenue and police departments.


Driver abandoned the trolley and fled with the tractor


According to reports, Naib Tehsildar Kirti Pradan was returning after completing land demarcation work on Thursday evening. During this time, a sand-laden tractor-trolley was en route to Panjra. Upon spotting the officer's car, the driver abandoned the trolley and fled with the tractor.


Accused  attacked the Revenue and Mining Department team 


Naib Tehsildar called Mining Inspector Pinky Chauhan and Krishna Paraste to the scene, and private tractor driver Chuttu Goswami was summoned to transport the trolley. As they were attaching the tractor to the trolley, Sonu Nimoda and Mayank Nimoda attacked the Revenue and Mining Department team with stones. The driver, Chuttu Goswami, sustained a head injury from the stone pelting.


The female officer, along with the staff, immediately took the injured driver to a private hospital in the city for treatment. Naib Tehsildar filed a case against the accused Mayank Nimoda and Sonu Nimoda under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code at Dehat police station. 


SDM Ashish Pandey of Narmadapuram stated that an incident occurred on the 14th Dec in Panjra Kala related to the use of a tractor-trolley. The main accused had engaged in illegal construction on government land, which has now been removed. The accused, Sonu and Mayank from Nimoda village Mehraghat, have faced consequences for the incident, and further actions will be taken as per instructions.
