Bollywood icon Big B Amitabh Bachchan is reportedly in the process of acquiring land in Ramnagari Ayodhya for the construction of a new residence. The acquisition is facilitated through the Abhinandan Lodha Group, which is actively involved in the development of the Seven Star Township in Ayodhya.
Sources indicate that Big B has purchased 10,000 square feet of land within this township, with an estimated value of Rs 14.5 crore. This comes after his previous acquisition of land in Kakori, near Lucknow.
The chosen location in Ayodhya is said to be conveniently situated, being a 15-minute drive from the Ram Temple and a 30-minute drive from Ayodhya Airport. However, Abhinandan Lodha Group has not released any official statements regarding this transaction.

Big-B's birthplace Allahabad (now Prayagraj) is a four-hour drive from Ayodhya via National Highway 330.
Describing it as a significant milestone for his company, Abhinandan Lodha, Chairman of HoABL, expressed excitement in welcoming Amitabh Bachchan as the "first citizen" of The Sarayu.
Lodha mentioned that Bachchan's investment in their Ayodhya project signifies confidence in the city's economic potential and a profound appreciation for its spiritual heritage. He further stated that Bachchan's association would transform the project into a symbol of Ayodhya's global spiritual significance.
As Ayodhya undergoes rapid development, particularly with the imminent inauguration of the grand temple of Lord Shri Ram on January 22nd, the government has initiated significant projects worth thousands of crores to transform the city. The goal is to fulfill the vision of a grand and modern Ayodhya.
With the inauguration of the temple, Ayodhya is expected to emerge as a major global tourist destination, fostering substantial economic activities. As a result, various companies in the hospitality and township sectors are making substantial investments in the city.
