Madhya Pradesh: 5 Lakh Laddus from Mahakal Ujjain to Grace Ayodhya for Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha; CM Mohan Yadav Tells Why He Will Not Attend Ceremony

CM Mohan Yadav has confirmed the dispatch of 5 lakh laddus from the sacred precincts of Mahakal in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, to Ayodhya on January 22. These sweets will be utilized in the culinary offerings to Ram Lala during the upcoming Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony.

CM told that King Vikramaditya of Ujjain had also built a temple in Ayodhya and now we are also becoming a part of this holy work and hence 5 lakh laddus are being sent to Ayodhya for Prasad from the court of Mahakal.

Special programs will be organized across Madhya Pradesh regarding the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony to be held on 22 January. Former CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan himself will also not go to Ayodhya on January 22 but will perform a special kirtan at Ramraja Darbar in Orchha.

Only UP CM will attend ceremony along with PM

CM Mohan Yadav revealed that, despite the universal desire to be present in Ayodhya during this joyous occasion, he won't be attending due to specific instructions from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The PM has directed that only UP CM Yogi Adityanath, along with himself, will be present in Ayodhya on January 22. CMs from other states, including CM Yadav, have been advised not to attend.

Elaborating further, CM Yadav shared that states will be invited in a sequential manner on different dates to visit Ayodhya. When Madhya Pradesh's turn comes, he will partake in the pilgrimage along with the delegation from the state. The decision not to attend on January 22 is a result of adhering to PM Modi's instructions, emphasizing the importance of following the designated order of state visits to Ayodhya.
