Tejashwi Yadav said 'Khela Hobe' ahead of Bihar floor test; what JDU said

In Bihar, Nitish Kumar's party's JDU's leader Neeraj Kumar has responded to those claiming there would be 'Khela' (game)' in the floor test.

JDU leader Neeraj Kumar said, “Congress doesn’t have any trust in its MLAs. Those who have said that ‘khela hobe’ should resign from the Bihar Assembly if they fail in the floor test tomorrow.”

On Monday, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has to prove his government's majority in the Assembly.

On January 28, he left the grand alliance government with RJD in the state and formed the government with BJP.

Tejashwi Yadav, who was an ally and deputy CM in the Nitish government at that time, while talking to the media, had said that there would be 'Khela' (game) during the floor test.

Now before the floor test, RJD leaders are once again saying that 'Khela Hobe' in the assembly. They claim that Nitish Kumar will not be successful in proving majority with BJP.

MLAs staying at Tejashwi's home

Before the floor test, all the MLAs of RJD and Left parties included in the grand alliance in Bihar are at Tejashwi Yadav's residence since Saturday.

RJD spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari has told media that today Congress MLAs will also stay at Tejashwi's residence.

It has been claimed that everyone is together for the unity of the Grand Alliance and all the MLAs from Tejashwi's residence will go to the Assembly on Monday, the day of the floor test.

While the Grand Alliance portrays it as a united front, JDU alleges that the MLAs are being confined to Tejashwi Yadav's residence at 5 Deshratna Marg.

Grand Alliance constituents have conceded defeat: Neeraj Kumar

JDU spokesperson Neeraj Kumar asserted, "The saying goes, 'The one who got scared died.' This implies that the Grand Alliance constituents have conceded defeat at first glance, and the NDA has triumphed in the floor test."

In the midst of political developments, the absence of five JDU MLAs – Dr. Sanjeev, Shalini Mishra, Sudarshan, Dilip Rai, and Bima Bharti – from a banquet hosted by Minister Shravan Kumar on Saturday garnered attention. It was explained that their non-attendance was due to pre-arranged commitments, as communicated to the banquet organizer.
