Rahul Gandhi will end 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' today

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is ending his 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' on Saturday.

This information has been given by senior Congress leader Jairam Ramesh.

Jairam Ramesh told the media, "Rahul Gandhi will be at Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Chaitya Bhoomi at 5.30 pm. Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra will end there."

Along with Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin, SP national president Akhilesh Yadav and former Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav will also attend the concluding rally.

The Election Commission will announce the dates of Lok Sabha elections 2024 after 3 pm on Saturday. As soon as this announcement is made, a code of conduct will be imposed in the country.

Regarding the elections, Jairam Ramesh said, "Elections are to be held but how will they be held, we had many questions. We were trying for the last 10 months to meet the Election Commission, but we did not get the chance."

"The parties of the India Alliance want that EVMs should be used but along with them VVPAT should also be used so that people have confidence that the vote they are casting is coming correctly in the EVM. This is a constitutional, impartial institution, hence many questions are being raised."

Rahul Gandhi started the Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra from Manipur on 14 January 2024. This journey was to last for 66 days but now it is being completed in just 62 days.

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi had undertaken 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' from Kanyakumari to Kashmir from September 2022 to January 2023.
