What Tejashwi Yadav said in response to PM Modi's remark about non-veg during Navratri?

After Prime Minister Narendra Modi targeted the opposition for consuming mutton in Sawan, Tejashwi Yadav has said that the PM should talk on real issues.

A few days ago, Tejashwi Yadav had shared a video in which he was seen eating fish. On this, BJP had called Tejashwi anti-Sanatan and said that he is eating fish during Chaitra Navratri.

However, Tejashwi had also written the date in his video, according to which the video was of 8th April, a day before the start of Navratri.

INDI alliance enjoy playing with the emotions of the people: Modi

While addressing a public meeting in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir on Friday, PM Modi said that Congress and INDI alliance enjoy playing with the emotions of the people. These people are relishing mutton during Saavan.

Without naming Tejashwi Yadav, PM Modi said, "Non-veg food during Navratri days. You are hurting people's sentiments by showing such videos."

On PM Modi's comment over his (Tejashwi Yadav) video, former Bihar Deputy CM & RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav said, "...Key issues like poverty, unemployment, how many jobs provided, need to be discussed. Why didn't PM Modi eradicate poverty?...why was Bihar not given special status?"
