MP Lok Sabha Election-2024: Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh and veteran Congress leader Digvijaya Singh has raised alarms over potential major rigging in the upcoming Lok Sabha election counting process. Singh alleges that Symbol Loading Units (SLUs) are missing from the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), leading to fears of possible tampering with the election results. Consequently, he has approached the Supreme Court to address these concerns
In this context, Digvijaya Singh has filed a petition in the Supreme Court, alleging that SLUs are missing from EVMs and calling for an investigation into the matter. He has not only lodged this petition but also urged the Supreme Court to expedite its hearing.

Digvijaya Singh has consistently raised concerns about EVMs. Now, he has brought up the issue of the missing SLUs and approached the Supreme Court. In the recent elections, Digvijaya Singh contested from the Rajgarh Lok Sabha seat, where the BJP fielded Rodmal Nagar, who has been winning from this constituency for the past decade.
Some time ago, Digvijaya Singh had reached the strong room with his wife Amrita Singh and checked each and every CCTV camera and also took stock of all the security arrangements. Apart from this, Congress workers are also giving duty in three shifts 24 hours outside the strong room and keeping a watch. Even after this, Digvijaya Singh has filed a petition in the Supreme Court alleging election rigging.
