How close were the exit poll predictions in 2019?

In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, most exit polls predicted that the BJP-led NDA would return to power, and this happened and the alliance won 353 seats. The BJP alone won 303 out of a total of 543 seats. At the same time, the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) won 90 seats. To form a government at the Centre, a party or alliance needs to win at least 272 seats in the Lok Sabha elections.
