Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that PM Shri religious tourism heli service is not only a resolution to connect the faith of devotees in the country and the world towards Shri Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar but also towards the Jyotirlingas, the centers of our faith. Today we all are participating in this joy. Dr. Yadav was addressing the program to begin the operation of PM Shri religious tourism heli service in the Police Line in Ujjain on Sunday.
CM Dr. Yadav inaugurated the air service by flagging off the helicopter. Dr. Yadav distributed air tickets to the first passenger under the heli service, Disha Singh from Mumbai and her family.
In the first phase, this air service has been started on Bhopal Ujjain Omkareshwar and Indore Ujjain Omkareshwar route. For the convenience of devotees, booking facility of this service has been made available on IRCTC.
Dr. Yadav extended his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as the Government of India has sanctioned the construction of an airport in Ujjain. Dr. Yadav said this during his address at the launch event of the PM Shri Religious Tourism Heli Service held at Police Lines in Ujjain.
Other religious places will also be connected by air service
Dr. Yadav said that the expansion of air service in the state will continue. In the coming days, the number of helicopters will be increased further. In which 16 passengers each will be able to avail the air service. Maihar, Datia, Orchha, other religious, tourist and historical places and Dev Sthal of the state will also be connected by air travel.
Industrial development of Ujjain to gain pace
CM Dr. Yadav said that Indore Ujjain six lane road costing about 6000 crores has been approved. On the other hand, the Ujjain Jaora road, which costs about 5000 crores, will be started soon. At the same time, works worth about 6000 crores are in progress through the National Highway.
Industrial development is continuing in Ujjain. About one thousand acres of land has been allotted for industries in Vikram Udyogpuri Ujjain. A proposal has been prepared for one thousand acres more land. No stone will be left unturned in the industrial development of Ujjain.
