Election Commission will announce dates of elections in different states today afternoon

 

Election Commission will announce the dates of assembly elections in different states this afternoon. This year, assembly elections are to be held in Haryana, Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir.

However, the Election Commission has not told which states' assembly elections date will be announced.

The term of the assembly of Haryana and Maharashtra is ending on November 3 and November 26.

At the same time, the Election Commission has planned to conduct assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir before September 30. This deadline has been set by the Supreme Court.
