Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually addressed BJP workers in Maharashtra on Saturday, November 16, as part of the "Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot" program. This initiative focuses on strengthening booth-level presence and boosting party outreach at the local level.
During his address, PM Modi emphasized the importance of reaching out to citizens with a message of unity and security: “Ek Hain Toh Safe Hain” (If We Are United, We Are Safe). He encouraged party workers to promote this message across households in the state.
Counter misinformation: PM
In his address, the Prime Minister criticized the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), a coalition formed by the Shiv Sena (UBT), the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP Sharad Pawar), and the Congress, accusing them of misleading the public. He urged BJP workers to actively counter any misinformation by communicating directly with voters and helping them understand the BJP’s stance on critical issues facing Maharashtra.
Workers are party's strongest soldiers
PM Modi described the booth-level BJP workers as the “strongest soldiers” of the party, encouraging them to take a proactive role in connecting with the public and understanding their challenges. He encouraged workers to foster genuine trust by listening to concerns, addressing local issues, and reinforcing confidence in BJP’s vision.
Spreading the “Ek Hain Toh Safe Hain” Message
In line with the “Ek Hain Toh Safe Hain” campaign, PM Modi stressed that the BJP’s foundation lies in its strong connection to citizens. He tasked workers with the responsibility of spreading this message to all households, emphasizing that a unified and secure community can overcome challenges more effectively. This campaign, he noted, is particularly important in Maharashtra, given its diverse political landscape.
