UP: Saffron-clad supporters rain flowers, chant 'Batoge to Katoge' during Yogi Adityanath's enthusiastic road show in Kanpur

UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath made a grand entrance in Kanpur, arriving via helicopter at the ITI helipad. He emerged from Ram Bagh Tiraha to rally support for BJP candidate Suresh Awasthi in the Sisamau assembly constituency. The atmosphere was vibrant as supporters showered him with flowers while he rode on a chariot.

During the one-hour road show, the CM engaged with various segments of society, creating a festive spirit marked by the chant of "Modi-Yogi" and the waving of saffron flags. The crowd was lively, competing for selfies and dancing to the music, all while displaying cutouts of Modi and slogans like "Batoge to Katoge." were chanted

As the procession continued, the crowd swelled, with many waving posters and calling for unity, reminding everyone of significant cultural landmarks like Mathura, Kashi, and Ayodhya. The message was clear: the country would be governed by Baba Saheb's constitution rather than any decree.

The chariot's journey saw shops close in solidarity, and flowers rained down as it passed by homes. Supporters, including members from the Sikh community associated with Jhulelal Temple, gathered in large numbers, with many adorned in saffron.

The excitement was palpable as the CM made his way from Bajaria Ram Bagh to P Road, where the chants of "Suresh Awasthi" echoed through the streets.
