Rajasthan is not only rising but is also reliable and receptive: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit on Monday. On this occasion he said Rajasthan is emerging as a prime destination for investment, driven by its skilled workforce and expanding market.

PM Modi said experts and investors around the world are excited about India. India's success showcases the true power of democracy, demography, digital data and delivery. 

Modi noted that in the last decade, India's youth power has added another dimension to our strength and this new dimension was India's tech power and data power. He said this century is tech-driven and data-driven. India has demonstrated how the democratisation of digital technology is benefiting every sector and community.

PM Modi said having a strong manufacturing base in India is crucial. India's MSMEs are not only strengthening the Indian economy but are also playing a significant role in empowering the global supply and value chains.

Pravasi Rajasthani Conclave and MSME Conclave will also be held 

The theme of the Investment Summit to be held from 9th to 11th December this year is ‘Replete, Responsible, Ready’. The Summit will host 12 sectoral thematic sessions on the themes of water security, sustainable mining, sustainable finance, inclusive tourism, agri-business innovations and women-led Startups among others. 

Eight Country sessions will also be held during the Summit with participating countries on the themes like ‘Water Management for Livable Cities’, ‘versatility of Industries- manufacturing and beyond’ and ‘Trade & Tourism.’

Pravasi Rajasthani Conclave and MSME Conclave will also be held in three days. The Rajasthan Global Business Expo will feature thematic pavilions such as the Rajasthan Pavilion, Country Pavilions, Startups Pavilion among others. Over 32 countries, including 16 partner countries and 20 international organizations will participate in the Summit.
