INDIA alliance on brink of collapse? Will Omar Abdullah change sides? What J&K CM said about Opposition coalition and PM Modi?

The opposition had formed the INDIA alliance to remove Modi in the Lok Sabha elections. But the alliance that boasted of opposition unity is now on the verge of collapse. If we look at the recent developments, all the parties are openly attacking each other. It started from Maharashtra, where SP first separated itself from the alliance. After this, all the parties will now fight the Maharashtra elections separately.

Shared dais with PM

Now, the political temperature has been raised by Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. He is not hesitating to speak against the Congress and the India alliance. Two days ago, he even praised PM Modi by sharing the dais with him. In such a situation, it is believed that in the coming days, he can also go with the ruling BJP.

Alliance was only for LS polls

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday expressed disappointment over the lack of clarity about the India alliance and said that if this alliance was only for the parliamentary elections then it should be dissolved now and we will work separately.

Asked about the RJD leader's comment that the India Block was formed only for the Lok Sabha elections, Abdullah said that no time limit has been set for the duration of the alliance. He also said that the alliance has not called any meeting to discuss future plans.

Praised PM for conducting free and fair polls

Addressing the gathering after the inauguration of the tunnel in Sonamarg, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for conducting elections in a safe and fair environment in Jammu and Kashmir. CM Omar Abdullah said that "You (PM Modi) conducted elections in a fair and free manner."

Omar Abdullah said that those who spread violence in the region will always face defeat and such people will not be allowed to cause any harm to democracy. CM Abdullah paid tribute to 7 people including a local doctor who lost their lives in the terrorist attack on tunnel construction workers last year and said that they have sacrificed their lives for the development of the country and Jammu and Kashmir.

If we look at all these developments, then the future of India alliance appears, now it will be interesting to see what happens next.
