Now the picture is almost clear on who will be the new state president of Chhattisgarh BJP. The answer to this question will be revealed on Friday. BJP MLA from Jagdalpur Kiran Singhdeo has also filed his nomination in the state office for the post of party president.
With filing of nomination by Kiran Singhdeo, it has become clear that at present, Chhattisgarh BJP is not in the mood for any kind of change at the state level.
CM was present during filing of nomination
It is almost certain that Kiran Singhdeo will get the responsibility of BJP's state president for the second time in Chhattisgarh BJP. Singhdeo has filed his nomination papers for the post of party state president in Kushabhau Thackeray campus in the presence of senior leaders on Thursday. State Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai was also present on this occasion.
After the nomination process, the prominent leaders of the party also congratulated Kiran Singhdeo. Not only this, many leaders also took selfies with him.
If BJP party sources are to be believed, his name can also be formally announced by the party on Friday, January 17.
Earlier there was talk of handing over the responsibility of BJP state president to a new leader of the party. It is important that when the names of the party presidents were decided in the districts, discussions had intensified about handing over the responsibility of the party state president to a new leader.
There was also a discussion that Kiran Singhdeo could be made a cabinet minister and there was a lot of talk about handing over the command of the party state organization to Narayan Chandel, Dharamlal Kaushik or Ajay Chandrakar in his place.
However, now all these speculations have come to an end now that the current state president Kiran Singhdeo has filed his nomination again. In such a situation, now everyone's eyes are on the formal announcement to be made on Friday.
