Patna: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), always in election mode, is gearing up for Bihar after its recent success in Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Bhagalpur on February 24, where he will participate in the Kisan Samman Nidhi program at the airport ground and address a public gathering.
According to the Bihar State President of the BJP, over two lakh common citizens, along with three lakh farmers from 13 districts, are expected to attend the Kisan Sabha. On Friday, BJP officials from 11 districts convened a meeting to strategize for the event. They assigned responsibilities to NDA leaders to ensure its success.
Key figures from Bihar BJP are mobilizing support
In addition to the BJP, other NDA constituent parties are also collaborating to make the public meeting and Kisan Samman Nidhi program a success. Coordination efforts have been assigned to ministers from both the Central and Bihar governments associated with the Janata Dal (United) [JDU], as well as former MPs, MLAs, and MLCs in seven out of the 13 districts. Meanwhile, key figures from the Bihar BJP are actively working to mobilize support.
NDA Leaders Assigned Responsibilites
