Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav expressed his congratulations to the people of the state following the birth of two cheetah cubs in Kuno National Park, in Sheopur district, on Tuesday.
CM Dr. Yadav remarked that the arrival of cheetah cubs is a positive development for Madhya Pradesh. He shared his delight in announcing that the meows of cheetah cubs can once again be heard in Kuno, and that the population of cheetahs in the state is steadily growing.
CM Dr. Yadav said that female cheetah Veera has given birth to 2 little cubs in Kuno National Park. Now the total number has increased to 26 with 14 cubs and 12 adult cheetahs in Kuno National Park. CM Mohan Yadav has shared the picture of both the cubs on social media. He said that 2 more cheetah cubs have been added to the jungle book of Madhya Pradesh.
CM said that as a result of tireless efforts, today Madhya Pradesh is known as the "land of cheetahs". He said that due to the continuous increase in the cheetah family, tourism in the state is getting a new boost. CM Mohan Yadav said that this is opening new doors of employment. He said that we are always ready for the conservation, promotion and restoration of all wildlife along with cheetahs.

Union Forest and Environment Minister Shri Bhupendra Singh said that with the onset of spring season, the air of Kuno is filled with endless happiness and enthusiasm. He welcomed the arrival of 2 new cheetah cubs in Kuno National Park.
