What did Shiv Sena Shinde faction MP Naresh Mhaske say on Rahul Gandhi's claim? What did Sanjay Raut said?

Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi had said that he is not allowed to speak in Parliament. On this, Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde faction) MP Naresh Mhaske has commented.

He said, "Despite being the Leader of Opposition, Rahul Gandhi cannot handle his responsibility, what right does he have to criticize the government?"

MP Mhaske said, "Despite being the Leader of Opposition, Rahul Gandhi himself does not sit in the Parliament House. He never comes. Whereas the job of the LOP is to sit from the beginning till the end."

He said, "The job of the LoP is to see what is going on in the House. To express his opinion on the government's policy. But, he does not sit in the House. Even if he comes, he comes for two minutes and leaves." E

Earlier, Shiv Sena (UBT) MPs Sanjay Raut, Priyanka Chaturvedi and TMC MP Shatrughan Sinha had expressed concern over Rahul Gandhi's claims. They said that this is not right for democracy at all.

LoP should be taken seriously: Raut

Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut said that in a democracy, the Leader of Opposition should be taken seriously.

Sanjay Raut said, "Rahul Gandhi is the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha. Rahul Gandhi is repeatedly saying that we are not allowed to speak. Our voice is suppressed."

"In a democracy, the Leader of Opposition should be taken seriously. Whether it is Rajya Sabha or Lok Sabha, the prominent leaders sitting at the top work more as spokespersons of the ruling party. This should not happen."

He said, "If the opposition does not have a voice in the House, then the opposition will not survive, so we agree with Rahul Gandhi."

Earlier on Wednesday, Congress MP from Rae Bareli in UP, Rahul Gandhi had said that he is not allowed to speak in the House.
