Thousands of protesters in America took to the streets on Saturday against the policies of US President Donald Trump. These protests took place in all 50 states. The protesters are opposing Trump's tariff war policies, layoffs in government jobs.
The protesters surrounded the President's residence, the White House. People accused Trump of crushing the rule of civil and law. This movement has been named 50501, which means '50 protests, 50 states, 1 movement'.
Protesters also surrounded Tesla showrooms
Apart from the White House, the protesters also surrounded Tesla showrooms. This is the second round of protests against Trump. Earlier on April 5, protests were held against Trump across the country.
A woman protesting with a poster against Trump outside the White House displayed a poster which read- Trump should be deported to El Salvador jail.
Another woman protesting outside Tesla showroom in Florida held a poster which read- There is no king, no aristocrat, pay your taxes.
The major reason for the protests in all the states including the capital Washington DC is the aggressive policies of President Donald Trump and businessman Elon Musk. Elon Musk's Efficiency Department is continuously retrenching government departments.

Trump's tariff war has increased the prices of things coming to America from other countries. This is directly affecting the pockets of common people.
