Bihar: Top leaders of NDA gather on one platform ahead of PM Modi's visit, what happened?

Top leaders of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) gathered on one platform in Bihar's capital, Patna, on Saturday, ahead of PM Modi's visit. The purpose of this meeting was not only to review preparations for the upcoming Bihar visit of the PM, but also to refine the election strategy moving forward.

Shivraj, other top leaders were present

The meeting was attended by Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary, Rural Development Minister Lallan Singh, JDU Working President Sanjay Jha, along with the state presidents of NDA constituent parties BJP, JDU, LJP (Ram Vilas) and Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) or HAM (S) and MPs and MLAs of Mithila region.

BJP State President Dr. Dilip Jaiswal informed after the meeting that Prime Minister Modi will be on a visit to Bihar on April 24, where he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of many important schemes. It is also being seen as a prelude to the assembly elections. All MPs and MLAs have been given the responsibility to make the PM's programs successful.

After the meeting, Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary gave a big political statement while talking to the media, saying, "Now we have to imagine what kind of Bihar will be formed by 2030. For this, the public should vote for BJP and NDA, and strengthen the leadership of Nitish ji. Nitish Kumar is the leader of NDA and will remain so in future too."

Samrat Chaudhary challenges Tejashwi to an open debate

Taking a dig at Tejashwi Yadav, Samrat Chaudhary challenged him to an open debate on development. He said that during the tenure of RJD, there was a huge lack of infrastructure in the state, but today work is going on on 33 medical colleges in Bihar, which presents the real picture of development.

Samrat Chaudhary claimed that in the last five years, 50 lakh youth have got employment and jobs under the leadership of Nitish Kumar. Also, he told that an investment of about Rs 40,000 crore is going to come in the public sector of the state, which will create new job opportunities.

It is clear from this entire exercise that NDA is fully prepared to enter the electoral battlefield unitedly. Nitish Kumar will once again be the face for the post of Chief Minister and PM Modi's visit to Bihar can prove to give new energy to this campaign.
