The Supreme Court may have made a strong comment on the state's Tribal Affairs Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah on Monday, but it has also given Shah a big relief by not giving an order to arrest him. If Shah had been arrested on the orders of the SC, then he could have been forced to resign from the cabinet, but at present there is no such situation.
Now the Supreme Court hearing will be held on May 28, meanwhile on 28 itself the committee of three senior IPS officers constituted on the orders of the SC will also submit the report. This report will largely decide the political future of Minister Shah.
No question of sacking Shah from the cabinet
Meanwhile, Kunwar Vijay Shah has once again made it clear to the government and the organization that he will not resign. Neither Shah is in the mood to resign nor the organization is in a hurry to ask for his resignation. Now everything will depend on the hearing to be held in the Supreme Court on May 28. In the current situation, there is no question of sacking him from the cabinet. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has also made it clear in this regard that the government is following the court's order and will continue to do so.
Will Shah attend Cabinet meeting in Indore?
Amidst the uproar over Vijay Shah, the cabinet will be held in Indore instead of the capital Bhopal on Tuesday. The importance of the cabinet meeting in the historic Rajbada complex has increased because of Lok Mata Devi Ahilyabai Holkar. Now its importance has also increased because of Shah. In fact, there is still uncertainty about whether Shah will attend the cabinet meeting on Tuesday or not.
After the objectionable comment made about Colonel Sophia Qureshi of the Indian Army, Shah has distanced himself from the people and people are not able to get any clue about where he is in the state. In such a situation, everyone's eyes will be on the cabinet. Shah, who holds the rank of fourth minister in the cabinet of MP, will attend the cabinet meeting and even if he does not, he will be the most discussed topic.
