There is great news for the passengers of Delhi-NCR. Indigo's direct flight services are going to start from Hindon Airport to eight major cities of the country. With these flights starting from July 20, there will be a big increase in the connectivity of Hindon Airport. Indigo announced this new service and released the full schedule of flights. The company plans to start flights to Ahmedabad and Indore as well as Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata, Patna, Varanasi and Chennai.
New chapter of flying from Hindon Airport
Till now, limited flights of companies like Air India Express, Star Air and Fly Big were operating from Hindon Airport. Now IndiGo has become the fourth airline to start service from Hindon Airport.

Ahmedabad-Hindon
Ahmedabad to Hindon: Daily 8:55 AM, arrival 10:25 AM
Hindon to Ahmedabad: Monday–Friday 5:35 PM, arrival 7:05 PM, two flights on Sunday
No service on Saturday
Fare: Under ₹3,000 (one-way)
Indore-Hindon
Hindon to Indore: Daily 2:10 PM, arrival 3:30 PM
Indore to Hindon: Daily 4:00 PM, arrival 5:20 PM (not on Saturday)
Fare: Under ₹4,000 (one-way)
What will passengers benefit from?
Bringing access to major cities like Ahmedabad and MP’s commercial capital Indore which take 12–20 hours by train route. Now the air journey will take only 1.5 hours. Hindon Airport is a less crowded option for passengers from Delhi and Ghaziabad.

IndiGo's Head of Global Sales, Vinay Malhotra said, "The launch of flights from Hindon Airport to eight cities is an important step towards strengthening our regional connectivity. This will provide affordable, fast and comfortable air service to the passengers."
Flight Features
All flights will be operated with 76-seater turboprop aircraft. Ticket booking is available on IndiGo's website and app. There is a possibility of further expansion in the number of flights and destinations.
The launch of IndiGo flights from Hindon Airport has brought accessible and affordable travel options for the passengers of NCR. This initiative is a step towards giving a new dimension to regional connectivity as well as taking Ghaziabad towards an important aviation hub.
