There is a stir within the Uddhav Thackeray party before the municipal elections in Maharashtra. On one hand, the talks regarding the alliance with Raj Thackeray's party MNS are stuck. On the other hand, many corporators of the party are turning to other parties.
Bhaskar Jadhav, a prominent leader of the Konkan region, is also upset with the neglect in the party. He has even given an ultimatum of retirement from politics.
Jadhav has contributed to the development of Shiv Sena: Raut
This threat of Jadhav has also affected Mumbai. UBT spokesperson Sanjay Raut said that when Jadhav comes to Mumbai, our party chief Uddhav Thackeray himself will talk to him. Praising Jadhav, he said that he is a true Shiv Sainik. His image is of an aggressive leader and he speaks well. In such a situation, what is going on in his mind. What pain is in his heart, we will definitely understand that and resolve his grievance.
Raut said this while talking to the media on Monday that Jadhav has definitely contributed to the development of Shiv Sena. We all love him. Whatever responsibilities the party has given him, he has fulfilled them properly. His doubts will definitely be resolved by talking to him.
What Jadhav said?
Recently, in a meeting, Bhaskar Jadhav openly expressed his displeasure towards UBT. He said, "I get fewer opportunities to work." Jadhav said that he has the courage to call right as right and wrong as wrong, which is why he feels he has to pay the price for it. However, he added, "If my party is benefiting from this and I am suffering a loss, then I have no reason to be sad about it."
Did not get ministerial post in MVA govt
Jadhav is also angry at not being made a minister in the Maha Vikas Aghadi government formed under the leadership of Uddhav Thackeray in the year 2019. He said that I was a contender for the post of minister from the party. But I did not get a chance. Despite this, I did not sit and cry. Rather, I kept fighting with the leaders of the ruling parties for the interests of the party.
Jadhav said that after winning eight different elections, now I feel that I should think about stopping. In this way he has also indicated retirement from politics. Jadhav also said that the real strength of Shiv Sena is our Shakha Pramukh. But in recent years the Shakha Pramukhs have separated from the mainstream. Jadhav's statement before the civic elections is very important.
Leaving Sharad Pawar's party was a big mistake
Bhaskar Jadhav has also created a sensation by saying that leaving NCP president Sharad Pawar's party and joining Shiv Sena was the biggest mistake of his life. However, he said that this does not mean that I regret it. But the decision I took was wrong. He revealed this while talking to reporters after the Shiv Sena party camp held in Guhagar constituency.
