Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav said on Monday that his party will fully support the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) in the upcoming Bihar assembly elections-2025.
He said that the "scams" of the BJP in Uttar Pradesh will be exposed during the election campaign.
Akhilesh Yadav said, "We will fully help Lalu Prasad Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav in the Bihar elections and all the scams that the BJP has carried out in Uttar Pradesh will be told in Bihar."
Akhilesh Yadav said, "It will also be told that the BJP is using the name of Nitish Kumar. It will use his face, but will not make him the Chief Minister later. We wanted to make him the Prime Minister...BJP people will retire him."
Akhilesh Yadav accused the saffron party of being hypocritical in its religious ideology.
“Those who commit injustice, discriminate, and use children for politics cannot call themselves Sanatani,” he said.
“In today’s politics, merely wearing saffron robes does not make one a ‘baba’ or a yogi. True identity comes from thought and conduct,” he said, attacking Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Akhilesh Yadav also accused the BJP of diverting attention from the core issues the country is facing.
“BJP doesn’t want to discuss fundamental problems. But the people are waiting — the 2027 elections in Uttar Pradesh will be like no other poll you’ve seen before,” he said.
