Tuesday is the second day of discussion on the Pahalgam attack and 'Operation Sindoor' in the Lok Sabha. This discussion was started by Home Minister Amit Shah.
At the very beginning of the discussion, Home Minister Amit Shah announced in the House that the security forces have killed all the three extremists involved in the Pahalgam attack under 'Operation Mahadev'.
Home Minister Amit Shah, while starting the discussion, said in the House that 'innocent civilians were killed in Pahalgam, they were killed in front of their families after asking their religion, this was done with great barbarity, I strongly condemn it.'
During the discussion on 'Operation Sindoor', Amit Shah said that it is natural that there should be a discussion and contemplation on such a brutal incident. Arrangements should be ensured so that such a thing does not happen again.
Shah said, "Yesterday in Operation Mahadev, terrorists named Suleiman alias Faisal Jat, Afghan and Jibran were killed in a joint operation of Army, CRPF and Police. Suleiman was a commander of Lashkar-e-Taiba who was involved in the Pahalgam and Gagangir attacks. Afghan and Jibran were also 'A' grade terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba."
"These three terrorists were involved in the Baisaran Valley attack and all three have been killed. I want to thank the soldiers of Army's Para Four, CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir Police. All three terrorists have been killed."
On the other hand, Monday was the first day of discussion in Lok Sabha on 'Operation Sindoor', which was started by the Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
He said that "If Pakistan does anything again, we will take even more stringent action. There was a misunderstanding in Pakistan's mind, we removed it with Operation Sindoor. If there is anything left, we will remove that too."
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said, "There is no conflict with Pakistan. This is a conflict between civilisation and barbarism. If anyone harms our sovereignty, he will be given a befitting reply."
