Apple to Open Retail Store in Pune: What Will Be Special for Customers?
Technology giant Apple has announced the upcoming launch of its fourth retail store in India, set to open on September 4 in Koregaon Park, Pune. This follows the recent opening of a new store in the Hebbal area of Bangalore, reflecting the company’s rapidly expanding offline strategy in one of its largest markets worldwide.
What Will Be Special for Customers?
At the Apple Koregaon Park store, customers will have the opportunity to explore and purchase the latest products. The store will feature a team of Specialists, Creatives, Geniuses, and Business Team members who will provide guidance and support. Additionally, the store will host "Today at Apple" sessions, offering free learning experiences in skills such as photography, music, art, and coding.
To commemorate the launch, Apple is providing customers with the option to download an exclusive Koregaon Park wallpaper, along with a special Apple Music Playlist inspired by the sounds of Pune. For more information about the new store, an official page has also been launched.
India as a Manufacturing Hub
Beyond opening new stores, Apple is working towards establishing India as a global manufacturing hub. The company plans to assemble all models of the upcoming iPhone 17 series, including the high-end Pro variants, in India from the outset. This marks a significant milestone, as it will be the first time Apple produces every new iPhone variant in India.
