Are AAP-Congress tensions escalating? Have India bloc allies emerged as rivals in Gujarat, Punjab? Kejriwal did not attend Rahul Gandhi dinner meeting

Rahul Gandhi did invite AAP to the recent dinner meeting of the India bloc, as AAP is an ally of the coalition, although relations between Congress and AAP have deteriorated. However, despite Rahul's invitation, no AAP leader attended the dinner meeting. In response, a senior AAP leader stated, "How can we attend the dinner leaders who spit venom on Kejriwal from Delhi to Punjab?"

Kejriwal's ever-increasing activism in Gujarat

Congress is unable to digest Arvind Kejriwal's ever-increasing activism in Gujarat. The same is the case with Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab, which is considering Congress's good performance in the Lok Sabha elections as a threat to itself.

AAP holding Cong responsible for defeat in Delhi

AAP leaders are holding Congress completely responsible for the defeat in Delhi. Therefore, now AAP's focus is on Gujarat and Punjab, where Congress is also putting in its full strength. Arvind Kejriwal is engaged in building the organization from zero in Gujarat. He is also focusing on strengthening the organization in Madhya Pradesh and Goa.

Kejriwal now eyeing to capitalize on Visavadar's victory

The victory in Gujarat's Visavadar assembly by-election has boosted the confidence of Aam Aadmi Party in Gujarat. AAP convener Kejriwal is now eyeing to capitalize on Visavadar's victory. He is constantly visiting Gujarat and his speeches mention ideological reasons for fighting the BJP. Kejriwal does not miss any opportunity to accuse the ruling BJP and Congress leaders of collusion. Congress is considering this activism of Kejriwal as the reason for staying away from power in Gujarat.

If Congress is scared about Gujarat, then Aam Aadmi Party is scared about Punjab. In the 2022 elections in Punjab, AAP ousted Congress from power but the 2024 Lok Sabha elections have rung alarm bells for the ruling party.
