UP: What special gift CM Yogi Adityanath announced for women on Rakshabandhan?
UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made a big announcement before Rakshabandhan. CM Yogi Adityanath has given the gift of free bus service for the women of the state. This facility will be provided by state transport buses from 6 am on August 8 to 12 pm on August 10.
All buses of Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) and urban bus service will be available for women from August 8 to August 10. CM Yogi announced this during a high-level meeting held at his residence. All divisional commissioners, district magistrates, senior superintendents of police and secretary level officers of the state were present in this meeting.
Ensure the operation of adequate number of buses
CM Yogi Adityanath has instructed the officials to ensure the operation of adequate number of buses in both urban and rural areas during this period, so that women do not face any inconvenience. All bus depots have been put on alert mode and priority is being given to the availability of buses.
CM Yogi Adityanath has instructed the traffic police to be extra cautious in view of the heavy crowd expected on the festival of Rakshabandhan. He said that it will be ensured that the traffic remains smooth at bus stops and major routes, so that women can reach their destination without any interruption.
Along with this, CM Yogi Adityanath also gave many more instructions in this meeting. Preparations for the upcoming festivals, law and order, Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan, drone operations and the works of the Basic Education Department were discussed. Instructions were also given to pay special attention to traffic convenience and cleanliness.
