On the occasion of Diwali, Madhya Pradesh CM Dr. Mohan Yadav inaugurated the Water Screen Projection and Fountain Show at the Rudra Sagar area of the Mahakal Lok Complex in Ujjain. Under the Smart City Project, the Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation has developed the Laser and Sound Show at a cost of Rs 18.07 crore.
The 25-minute light and sound presentation depicts the divine tales of Bhagwan Shri Mahakaleshwar, the Mokshdayini Kshipra River, and the glorious heritage of Avantika Nagari.
CM Dr. Yadav said that the newly inaugurated Light and Sound Show at Rudra Sagar will help pilgrims and tourists learn about the illustrious history of Ujjain while enriching their spiritual experience.
Shri Ann Laddu Prasadam launched
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also launched Shri Ann Laddu Prasadam, which will be prepared using Shri Ann, at the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple. Along with this, the Shri Mahakaleshwar Band was also inaugurated, which gave a captivating performance on the occasion. CM lit ceremonial lamps and offered Deepdan at the Mahakal Lok premises.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also appreciated the performance of the Mahakal Band and announced that it will perform regularly during the upcoming Mahakal Sawari processions and other religious festivals.
