Congress leader and Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, has campaigned for the first time since the announcement of the Bihar Assembly elections-2025.
He has two election rallies today, one in Muzaffarpur and the other in Darbhanga.
At the Muzaffarpur rally, he again raised the issue of the Constitution and vote theft.
He said, "Everything you have received till date, be it votes, education, or health, is because of the Constitution. Narendra Modi and the RSS are attacking it."
He said, "They attack Ambedkar's Constitution. When they undermine any institution in India, when they give the post of Vice Chancellor to an RSS person, they attack the Constitution. We will protect the Constitution, and no one can destroy it."
He held a copy of the Constitution in his hand on the stage.
Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath are also holding election rallies on behalf of the BJP today.
Amit Shah said at a rally in Darbhanga, "Can this great alliance do any good to Bihar? Only the duo of Nitish Kumar and Narendra Modi can do good to Bihar. Laluji wants his son to be the Chief Minister, and Soniaji wants Rahul Gandhi to be the Prime Minister. Both positions are not vacant."
In the flood-hit areas of Bihar, Rajnath Singh said, "Congress and RJD have promised to provide one government job to every household in Bihar if they come to power. Is this possible? Why do they lie? Can't Rahul Gandhi, Tejashwi Yadav, Lalu Prasad Yadav do politics of truth?"
