Bihar Assembly Election -2025: Rahul Gandhi Alleges Voter List Scam in State, What He Said About “Operation Sarkar Chori”

Rahul Gandhi has accused the government of running an “Operation Sarkar Chori” (Theft of government) in Bihar, similar to what he said happened in Haryana.

At a press conference in New Delhi, Rahul called five people from Bihar on stage. All of them said their names were removed from the voter list. Voting for the first phase of 121 seats in Bihar is set for November 5.

3.5 lakh voters were removed from the list in Haryana

Rahul said that 3.5 lakh voters were removed from the list in Haryana and now the same thing is happening in Bihar. He claimed that voter lists are being changed just before elections to cheat democracy.

A Brazilian model appeared on the Haryana voter list and voted 22 times

During the 1 hour and 20 minute press conference, he showed documents and videos from Haryana. He claimed a Brazilian model appeared on the Haryana voter list and voted 22 times under different names. According to him, around 2.5 lakh votes were “stolen” in the 2024 Haryana Assembly elections.

What arrangements Nayab Singh Saini had made for victory

Rahul Gandhi alleged rigging in the Haryana Assembly elections. He showed a video of Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini.

He said that a byte from Nayab Singh Saini after the 2024 Assembly elections raises suspicion. Rahul quoted Saini's statement from October 6, 2024, two days before the election results.

Nayab Saini said, "I have said from the beginning that the BJP is forming a unilateral government. We have all the arrangements in place. You don't worry."

Rahul questioned what that arrangement was. BJP leaders were smilingly claiming to form a government. This arrangement was based on vote theft. The subsequent results showed Congress losing the Haryana elections.

Rahul said BJP’s “arrangements” meant vote theft, which led to Congress losing in Haryana.

Five people reveal their names had been deleted from voter list

During the press conference, Rahul called five people from Jamui, Bihar, to the stage. They each revealed that their names had been deleted from the voter list. They claimed that approximately 300 people from their village had been excluded from the voter list. One voter appealed to Rahul to find a solution so that this would not happen to them in the next election.
