Bihar: What did JDU say about RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav's allegations regarding vote counting?
RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has alleged that there will be an attempt to slow down the entire vote counting process in Bihar on November 14th. JDU leader Rajiv Ranjan Prasad has responded to this.
Rajiv Ranjan Prasad said, "The defeat of him and his allies (Grand Alliance) is certain. Tejashwi Yadav himself is losing the Raghopur seat."
"That is why, amid accusations and counter-accusations, once the vote-counting results are announced, they will systematically use the same excuses they have been repeating, saying, ‘We had already said this would happen one way or another.’"
Tejashwi Yadav has questioned the exit polls released yesterday, which predicted an NDA victory.
He said that the exit polls were released before voting even ended, and this survey was released to create pressure.
Referring to the counting of votes to be held on November 14, Tejashwi Yadav alleged, "Every effort will be made to slow down the counting. The entire process of counting will be slowed down."
I don't believe the exit polls: Tej Pratap
Meanwhile, Tej Pratap Yadav, the chief of the Janshakti Janata Dal and the candidate from the Mahua constituency, has responded to the Bihar exit polls.
Regarding the exit polls predicting a full majority for the NDA, Tej Pratap Yadav said, "I don't believe the exit polls. We can't predict what will happen on November 14th... Exit polls sometimes increase and sometimes decrease the number. Let's see what happens..."
He further said, "I am winning the Mahua constituency... We are not preparing for celebrations, we are preparing for work."
Voting for the 2025 Bihar Assembly Elections concluded on Tuesday. This was the second phase of voting, while the first phase took place on November 6th. The election results will be declared on November 14th.
