Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra admitted to Breach Candy Hospital following breathing difficulties
Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra has been admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai after his health suddenly deteriorated. Many media reports indicated that he is on ventilator support due to breathing difficulties.
However, actor's team has reportedly clarified that he is under observation and there is nothing to worry about. He is 89.
A team of doctors is constantly monitoring his health. No official statement has been issued regarding his condition. However, doctors say the next 72 hours will be crucial for Dharmendra.
According to sources, Dharmendra's family members are present at the hospital, while his daughters have reportedly been called from the USA.
It is worth noting that Dharmendra is considered one of Bollywood's fittest and most active senior actors. Recently, the trailer for his upcoming film "Ekkis" was released, in which he delivers a powerful performance.
A week ago, Dharmendra was rushed to the hospital in Mumbai, after he reportedly complained of breathlessness. On October 31 Dharmendra was hospitalised for his routine check-up.
