India has won the five-match T20 series against South Africa 3-1. The team defeated South Africa by 30 runs in the fifth match played on Friday. This is Team India's eighth consecutive series win.

In Ahmedabad, the Indian bowlers restricted South Africa, who were chasing a target of 232 runs, to 201 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs.

Varun Chakravarthy took the highest wickets, claiming four. Jasprit Bumrah took two wickets. Quinton de Kock scored 65 runs off 35 balls.

Earlier, the Indian team scored 231 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs, thanks to half-centuries from Tilak Varma and Hardik Pandya
