Holi-2026: MP Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav extended greetings and best wishes to the people of the state on the auspicious occasion of Holi, a festival of enthusiasm, joy, and harmony, at a Holi Milan ceremony held at the CM residence in Bhopal on Wednesday.
At the Holi Milan ceremony held at the CM residence, amidst a shower of colors and flowers, everyone gracefully enjoyed the festival in an atmosphere filled with joy and enthusiasm, with Holi songs from Braj-Barsana, traditional music, and the peacock dance.
The artists performing on stage enhanced everyone's joy by singing Holi songs like "Rang Barse," "Holi Ke Din Dil Khil Jaate Hain," "Holi Khelen Raghuveera," and "Aaj Braj Mein Holi Re Rasiya."
Many traditional dishes including Gujiya, Balushahi, Thandai were served to everyone in the get-together organized on the occasion of Holi festival at the Chief Minister's residence.
CM expressed his desire that this festival spread new colors of happiness, peace, and prosperity in every home, and that the colors of harmony, positivity, and unity always shine through society. He urged everyone to celebrate the festival with warmth and cordiality.
CM MohanYadav exchanged Holi greetings with citizens who visited the Chief Minister's residence on Holi. He also received blessings from saints who visited his residence. He greeted senior citizens and dignitaries, showering flowers and throwing gulal on all visitors, welcoming them as a host.
CM applied gulal to the artists performing cultural performances and joined in with their music, accompanied by traditional musical instruments.
CM was greeted by mambers of the cabinet, senior officers, public representatives and others.
