Donald Trump has stated that U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner will no longer travel to Pakistan for talks.

According to reports, Trump said, "We hold all the cards. They can call us whenever they wish, but we are not going to fly 18 hours just to sit around and engage in pointless discussions."

Iran's Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, has also returned from Islamabad. During his visit to Islamabad, he met with Pakistan's Army Chief, Asim Munir, and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

Iranian MP Mahmoud Nabavian has warned Middle Eastern nations that if the United States attacks Iran again, his country will deliver a devastating response.

Writing on the social media platform X, he stated, "The activities currently unfolding in the region point toward a new act of folly by the wicked American regime."

He further added, "The leaders of regional nations must understand that this time, Iran will deliver a crushing response. It will completely halt regional oil production, obliterate all infrastructure, and force the populations of these countries to become displaced refugees."

Nabavian is a hardline lawmaker who served as a member of the Iranian delegation during the first round of talks held in Islamabad.

US President Donald Trump has extended the ceasefire with Iran indefinitely. However, US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth stated on Friday that the United States is "fully prepared and armed" to strike at Iran's infrastructure.

Since the outbreak of hostilities, Iran has launched attacks against sites that Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi described as locations linked to "the US presence" within the Gulf nations.

Masoud Pezeshkian urges public to curb their electricity consumption

Meanwhile, amidst a US blockade of Iranian ports, President Masoud Pezeshkian has appealed to the public to limit their electricity usage.

He asserted that adversaries are targeting and besieging the country's infrastructure with the specific aim of sowing public discontent.
