Kapil Dev Meets CM Mohan Yadav; Says Ready to Support Sports Development
Bhopal: Renowned all-rounder and captain of the 1983 Cricket World Cup-winning team, Kapil Dev, paid a courtesy visit to MP Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav at Samatva Bhawan (the Chief Minister's official residence).
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav apprised Kapil Dev of the sports landscape in Madhya Pradesh. Renowned cricketer Kapil Dev remarked that commendable work is being undertaken in Madhya Pradesh to promote all sports, including cricket. He expressed his willingness to extend every possible support toward the development of sports and athletes in the state.
Kapil Dev further stated that, alongside cricket, the development of other sports is equally essential. He affirmed that he remains ever-ready to offer his guidance to help hone the cricketing talent within the state.
