Madhya Pradesh's Ajay Ahirwar to Represent India at WorldSkills Championships 2026 in Shanghai China
Ajay Ahirwar, a young talent from Madhya Pradesh, has brought glory to the state at the national level by winning the gold medal in the 'Bricklaying' skill category at the IndiaSkills National Competition 2025-26. Based on his outstanding performance, he has been selected to represent India at the WorldSkills Competition 2026, scheduled to be held in Shanghai, China, in September 2026.
Ajay Ahirwar has also been selected for the Global Skills Challenge 2026, which will take place in Australia from June 23 to June 29, 2026. He will represent India in this competition. Currently, Ajay is undergoing advanced training in Kanpur to prepare for these upcoming international competitions.
Ajay's achievement serves as an inspiration for the youth of the state. Despite limited resources, he has carved a niche for himself on the international stage through hard work, dedication, and skill, delivering an excellent performance at the national level.
