A large crowd of students turned out to visit the state's first dedicated space gallery; many explored its interactive exhibits and immersive displays with great enthusiasm.

Developed by the National Council of Science Museums (NCSM) in collaboration with the Bhopal district administration, this gallery offers visitors a fascinating glimpse into India's magnificent space journey. From ancient Indian knowledge and the concept of 'zero' to pivotal missions like Aryabhata, Chandrayaan, Mangalyaan, Aditya-L1, and the upcoming Gaganyaan, the exhibits tell the story of a nation steadily expanding its presence in space.
A source of inspiration for the youth
Describing the gallery as a source of inspiration for the youth, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav stated that it reflects India's rapid scientific progress under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that the facility was designed to provide a world-class learning experience despite limited resources, thereby fostering curiosity, innovation, and scientific temper among students.

Union Minister Shekhawat termed the gallery a milestone for Madhya Pradesh, noting that it strengthens the state's space policy by bringing advanced space science to the general public. Featuring over 30 hands-on exhibits—including a space flight simulator, virtual space walk, AI-based displays, rocket technology, and orbital mechanics—the 'Hall of Space Exploration' is far more than just a museum. This is a place where curiosity is fostered, imagination takes flight, and the next generation of scientists can find the inspiration to reach for the stars.
