As part of this initiative, Neha Virendra Jaiswal, owner of 'Neha Green Vatika Nursery, Mandav', recently met with District Collector Rajiv Ranjan Meena and presented a detailed action plan.

During the meeting, Jaiswal provided comprehensive information regarding the conservation of the Khurasani Tamarind, the need for large-scale plantation, and the current production of saplings at the nursery. She proposed a "Khurasani Tamarind Conservation and Development Plan" and discussed the importance of preserving this species as an invaluable natural heritage of Mandu.

Appreciating the initiative, District Collector Rajiv Ranjan Meena remarked that safeguarding Mandu's botanical heritage for future generations is a vital task. The Collector issued necessary instructions to strengthen the plan and showed an active interest in the matter, stating that he would soon inspect the nursery. The objective of this initiative is to revitalize the presence of the Khurasani Tamarind within Mandu's ecosystem and thereby preserve the local heritage.
