On Sunday, at a state-level event in Lahar (Bhind district), Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will directly transfer—via a single click—over Rs 1,835 crore into the bank accounts of more than 1.25 crore women across the state under the 'Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana'. Under this highly popular scheme of the Madhya Pradesh government, beneficiary women will receive the 38th regular monthly installment.
Since the state government increased the monthly financial assistance by Rs 250 in November 2025, all eligible beneficiary women have been receiving continuous financial aid of Rs 1,500 per month. From the scheme's inception in June 2023 through June 2026, the government has successfully transferred a total of 37 installments.
At the event, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will inaugurate 40 completed development projects worth Rs 238.96 crore. Additionally, he will perform the Bhoomi Pujan (ground-breaking ceremony) and lay the foundation stones for 16 new public welfare projects costing Rs 83.33 crore, aimed at further strengthening the region's infrastructure to meet future needs.
