MP: CM Mohan Yadav Performs Chhadi Pooja at Valmiki Dham Ashram in Ujjain
Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav visited Shri Valmiki Dham Siddhapeeth Ashram in Ujjain on Saturday morning. He paid floral tribute and offered prayers at the samadhi and statue of Anant Shri Vibhushit 1008 Swami Sohandas Ji, praying for the prosperity, well-being and happiness of the people of the state. He also performed traditional Chhadi Puja of the Nishan Dhwaj (sacred flag) of Shri Jaharveer Gogadev, which had arrived at Valmiki Dham.
CM also met Rajya Sabha Member and Balayogi Sant Shri Umeshnath Ji Maharaj and received his blessings.
Shri Umesh Nath Ji Maharaj has been revitalising Valmiki Dham Ashram
After offering prayers at Shri Valmiki Dham Siddhapeeth Ashram, CM said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country is progressing in every sphere. He said that at the present time, it is essential to revive the glory of our past with the blessings of saints and seers.
He said that Rajya Sabha Member Mahant Shri Umesh Nath Ji Maharaj has been revitalising the Valmiki Dham Ashram in Ujjain for many years. He added that Baba Jaharveer Goga Maharaj had devoted his entire life to taking the ideals and contributions of Maharishi Valmiki to every section of society.
CM said it is a matter of good fortune for everyone that the flag symbol of Baba Goga Maharaj will be carried through the city of Mahakal. He said this will convey a powerful message of social harmony and unity across the country.
CM Dr. Mohan Yadav also extended his greetings and best wishes to all the people of the state on the occasions of Bhujariya Festival, Shri Krishna Janmashtami and Goga Navami.
