MP Semiconductor Summit 2026 to Be Held in Indore on October 23–24; CM Mohan Yadav Invites Investors, Experts and Startups

Madhya Pradesh CM Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has resolved to strengthen India’s capabilities in the semiconductor sector through ‘India Semiconductor Mission 2.0’. Madhya Pradesh is ready to play a leading role in turning this vision into reality. He said MP Semiconductor Summit 2026 will be held in Indore on October 23–24.


CM said that several cutting-edge projects in areas such as semiconductors and data centres are progressing well in the state. The state government is taking steps to create employment opportunities for the youth in this sector. The Chief Minister noted that there was a time when no one even imagined semiconductor manufacturing in the state, but Madhya Pradesh has now taken concrete decisions to move forward in this direction.


CM Mohan Yadav addressed the gathering on Friday at Samatva Bhawan at the Chief Minister’s Residence during the release of the campaign poster for the MP Semiconductor Summit 2026, to be organised in Indore on October 23–24 by the Department of Science and Technology.


New and Renewable Energy Minister Rakesh Shukla, Jan Abhiyan Parishad Vice-President Dr. Mohan Nagar, Principal Secretary, Science and Technology, M. Selvendram, and other officials were present.


Welcoming and inviting investors, technology experts, startups, academicians and policymakers from across the country and abroad to the global summit, CM said that Madhya Pradesh looks forward to their participation. He called upon the people of the state and the country to come together to realise the dream of achieving self-reliance in semiconductor manufacturing and contribute to the journey towards a prosperous Madhya Pradesh and a developed India by 2047.
