King100: Nagarjuna Akkineni’s landmark 100th film unveils explosive first glimpse ahead of Dec 24 release
On the occasion of Nagarjuna Akkineni’s birthday recently, Annapurna Studios unveiled the first glimpse of his landmark 100th film, officially titled King100. After being kept largely under wraps during its year-long production, the film has now offered audiences a stylish first look at Nagarjuna in a larger-than-life avatar.
The over one-and-a-half-minute glimpse gives viewers a strong introduction to his character and world. It features powerful dialogue about money, identity and the constant struggle to remain “The King.” Nagarjuna’s eye-catching gold look, stylish visuals and energetic music by Devi Sri Prasad add to the film’s grand scale and appeal.
Written and directed by R.A. Karthik, King100 is produced by Annapurna Studios. The film features cinematography by Raja Mahadhevan, production design by Sathees Kumar N and editing by Navin Nooli. The film is set to arrive in cinemas on December 24, with the glimpse concluding on the celebratory note, “Long Live The King.”
