Mass Shramdaan at Electricity Distribution Company Headquarters; MD Administers Pledge to Maintain Cleanliness
Bhopal: A "One Day, One Hour, Together" campaign was organized at the headquarters of the Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company under the "Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyan-2026" (Cleanliness is Service Campaign). During the event, officers and employees engaged in collective voluntary labor to clean and tidy up the office premises. Cleanliness activities were also conducted at regional and subordinate offices.
At the event, Rishi Garg, Managing Director of the Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company, administered a pledge to the officers and employees to maintain cleanliness. He stated that keeping the office premises and workplace clean and organized is a collective responsibility. He urged everyone not to limit cleanliness to just a campaign but to make it a part of their daily lives.
During the campaign, officers and employees cleaned the office premises and organized their respective workspaces. The event also conveyed a message regarding awareness of cleanliness and collective responsibility.
Honoring Sanitation Workers
During the program, Managing Director Rishi Garg, Chief General Manager (Commercial) Swati Shukla, and Chief General Manager (Project) Archana Tiwari honored the sanitation workers by garlanding them.
The officers expressed respect and gratitude for the vital role played by the sanitation workers in keeping the office premises clean. At the conclusion of the event, Joint Director (Administration & PGR) Deepak Chaurase expressed gratitude to the officers, employees, and sanitation workers present, thanking everyone for their collective participation.
