On one hand, there is an atmosphere of tension between India and Pakistan starting from removal of Article 370 and on the other hand veteran Congress leader and former Prime Minister of the country Dr. Manmohan Singh has received an invitation to inaugurate the Kartarpur Corridor by Pakistan. 

The Kartarpur Sahib corridor connects the Dera Baba Nanak Gurdwara in Gurdaspur district of India to the Kartarpur Sahib Gurdwara in Narowal, Pakistan. The Kartarpur Corridor will be inaugurated on 9 November for Indian Sikh pilgrims. Pakistan has not invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi

According to reports after the removal of the provisions of Article 370 in Kashmir, India's relations with Pakistan are tense. 

Pakistan has also tried internationally for action against India but it's actions  have not been successful, now it remains to be seen whether the former Prime Minister accepts Pakistan's invitation.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
