Prime Minister Narendra Modi has left for Houston tour for 7 days. According to sources his visit would present India as a vibrant land of opportunities, a trusted partner and a global leader. This time issues won't include Kashmir and Pakistan. And issues will be business and bilateral.
US President Donald Trump's presence at the Houston event will be a new milestone. Modi said that this would be the first time that an American President would participate in the Indian-American community program with him.
It is believed that more than 50,000 Indian Americans of Indian origin are expected to participate in the Howdy Modi program on Sunday. Before leaving for the US visit, Modi referred to Indo-US relations and said that the two nations can work together and contribute towards creating a more peaceful, stable, secure, sustainable and prosperous world.
