There will be a program for Prime Minister Narendra Modi called 'Howdy Modi' to be held in Houston, USA. There is possibility of President Donald Trump to be attending to this event. In this program to be scheduled on September 22 Modi will address Indian community. There is a possibility of presence of more than 50 thousand people in this program. The news has now stamped itself in the White House. The word 'Howdy' is the short form of 'How do you do' in English. The term goes well in South West US.
This will be the first time that an American President will address thousands of Indo-American citizens on the same platform with the Prime Minister of India. Indian Ambassador to America Harsh Vardhan Singhal has described this event as historical and unprecedented. Around 50 thousand people have registered for this program, while 8 thousand people are in the waiting list.
