Winds may bring down pollution level by November 3rd. According to the latest reports coming in pollution levels in Delhi and neighboring cities has dropped marginally on Saturday with some favorable wind condition and slight increase in the wind speed.
Yesterday when health emergency was declared by the government which ultimately led to the shutting of schools till November 5th 2019
Delhi government has declared shut down of all construction activities till further notice. With the prediction of rainfall in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab on November 7 and 8 by the meteorological under the influence of Cycle Maha and fresh disturbance the pollution level may come down in the coming days but that may be a temporary relief.
In a press statement Delhi chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has termed Delhi as a gas chamber and also blamed Neighboring states of Punjab and Haryana for burning haze and the smoke coming from this burnt haze if the key pollution hazard.
